About me

We are a woman-owned and operated business founded by Tara Spruill DNP, FNP-C, C-EFM who has been serving women as a nurse for over 17 years. With a background in labor and delivery, high risk obstetrics, and gynecology, Tara has extensive training and experience in women’s health. Tara is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University as well as a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Drexel University. She then further her education and earned a master’s degree in nursing from Rutgers specializing in Family health. Lastly, she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rutgers University in 2022. Tara is deeply passionate about improving the lives of women and helping them navigate the aging journey. Tara’s goals are to make care accessible for everyone.
